Alberto Vázquez

"Alberto Vázquez (A Coruña, Spain, 1980) Animation director, illustrator and cartoonist, his books and comics have been published in countries like Spain, France, Italy, Brazil, China, Turkey or Korea. He has written and directed short animation as Birdboy,Unicorn Blood and Decorado. His works have been exhibited in prestigious festivals worldwide as Cannes, Toronto, Annecy, Clermont-Ferrand, Animafest Zagreb or Slamdance, and he has won over 100 awards in international events including three Goya awards.
He has released his first featured film Psiconautas, based on the graphic novel of the same name by the own Vázquez, and his now working on his second feature film Unicorn Wars.
